Site Selection Procedures


The purpose of this outline is to inform you of how the site selection service of Sitework Associates, Inc. is implemented.


I. Preliminary Meeting Requirement Conversation

    We will review your following meeting requirements:
      Geographic Location(s)
      Meeting and Function Space
      Food and Beverage
      Budgetary Requirements
      Recreational and Specific Events
      Any additional specific needs or requests.

    Sitework Associates will FAX you a synopsis of our preliminary meeting conversation. At that time, you can make any necessary changes so that the site selection process may begin.


II. Site Research Process

    Based on the information provided us, our staff will begin to research appropriate properties that meet your criteria. We will check availability of guestrooms and function space, and advise rate structures.

    We will then provide you with the following: A detailed Summary Report of the best available properties Brochures and/or Videotapes, plus area information If desired. . . arrange for site-visits.

    Our search will not end until the "best available" properties have been surfaced.


III. Site Selection

    To protect your meeting dates, we will hold space in the selected facilities on a tentative basis. Upon your request, we will forward you the selected properties' Booking Agreement and assist you in its review.
