Who We Are
Sitework Associates, Inc. is a professional organization
consisting of former Hotel Sales Representatives,
Conference, Convention Coordinators and Special Event
Planning Experts that represent Corporations and
Associations. Offices in Florida, New Jersey, Philadelphia,
and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Sitework Associates, Inc. is responsible for the placement
and servicing of over 300 meetings per year ranging in size
from 15 to 7000 people, for a wide range of
clients.

Background Information:
Sitework Associates, Inc. was incorporated in New Jersey
in January 1985, with Miles Watkins as President.
Miles Watkins was Director of Marketing and Sales
at Headquarters Plaza Hotel in Morristown, N.J. His
prior Hotel experiences were with the opening team of
Scanticon-Princeton Executive Conference Center
and Hotel, Director of Association Sales at Americana
Great Gorge Resort in McAfee, New Jersey and with
the Dunfey Hotel Corporation.
Bud Briggs, Vice President, Sitework Associates, Inc.-South,
was Director of Sales & Marketing for Bechmark's Cottages
Resort & Conference Center on Hilton Head Island.
Other career positions include being part of the opening team
of the Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham, Alabama, Director of
Corporate Sales at the Americana Great Gorge Resort,
Director of Sales & Marketing at the Radisson Hotel
in Atlanta and various operations positions with the
Fountainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida and
Servico Resorts, Southeast Region.
